How Sparks Flow Organization Works

• You and I will visit about what you want from the space that you want organized. (Virtually or in-person)
• The purpose: To discuss the problem you're confronting and what you really want as well as to mutually decide if we’re a good fit.
• If we are a good fit, we move on to Step 2.

• I email you the proposal that we agreed to. It will reiterate that my rate is $85/hr plus tax and that I work in 3 hr sessions minimum.
• I send you an invoice.
• You invest money in your first session.
• We schedule.
• Move on to Step 3.

What you can expect as we work together:

• Confidentiality.
• Thoughtful, and even joyful interactions and responsive attention.
• Hands-on or virtual help - according to how we’ve agreed to work together.
• Help identifying what you have that helps you with what you want and what goes that gets in your way.
• Creation of systems you can utilize on your own to stay organized.
• We move on to Step 4.

I check in and get your perspective on how your systems are working.
